8:00 AM - Departure from Florence:
Meet your private guide at your hotel or a central location in Florence.
Begin your scenic journey into the Tuscan countryside, passing through charming hillsides dotted with vineyards, olive groves, and small towns. Along the way, your guide will share stories of Tuscany’s history, its cultural significance, and its rich winemaking tradition.
9:30 AM - San Gimignano Visit:
Arrive in the medieval town of San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its beautiful medieval architecture and stunning towers that once symbolized wealth and power.
Explore the narrow cobblestone streets, visit the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta, and admire the frescoes that decorate its interior. You’ll also have time to stroll through Piazza della Cisterna, a charming square surrounded by medieval buildings.
Enjoy some free time to wander the town’s artisan shops and perhaps try some local specialties, such as Saffron Gelato, which San Gimignano is famous for.
12:00 PM - Vineyard and Wine Tasting Experience:
Depart from San Gimignano and head to a nearby Tuscan vineyard nestled among the rolling hills. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the vineyard’s owners or staff.
Your guide will take you on a guided tour of the vineyard, where you’ll learn about the winemaking process, from vine cultivation to fermentation. Discover how Tuscany’s climate and terrain influence the region's renowned wines.
After the tour, you’ll be seated for a wine tasting. Sample a selection of high-quality Chianti, Vernaccia, and other Tuscan wines. The tasting is typically paired with local cheeses, cured meats, and olive oils for a truly authentic Tuscan experience.
1:30 PM - Traditional Tuscan Lunch:
Enjoy a traditional Tuscan lunch served at the vineyard or a local restaurant. The meal will feature hearty Tuscan dishes such as pappardelle with wild boar sauce, ribollita (a traditional vegetable and bread soup), and a selection of cheeses and charcuterie.

3:00 PM - Explore More Tuscan Villages:
After lunch, take a scenic drive through the Tuscan countryside, stopping at other charming villages like Volterra, known for its alabaster production, or Montepulciano, a town famous for its wine and medieval architecture.

4:30 PM - Return to Florence:

Arrive back in Florence by 5:30 PM (depending on traffic), where your guide will drop you off at your hotel or a central location.
